You and your family will be assigned to a House Family Group (HFG) at Coast Christian School. Within each HFG all our children from Kindergarten to Year 6 are encouraged to care for one another.

Our Kindergarten students are provided with 1 or 2 Student Leader ‘buddies’ who provide them with a high level of care and support as these little ones transition to school.

Our School Chaplain regularly participates in devotions, Chapel, school excursions and sporting events. She is well known and highly respected by staff, students and parents.

Student Leaders care for our school facilities as well as the student body. They take leadership positions at Assemblies, Chapel services, school functions and within the daily life of the school.

“Caught You Being Good” tokens are a great incentive for our students to receive a free iceblock from our school canteen. When students are given a token to “post” in our CYBG letterbox, they are encouraged to continue to get “caught” doing the right thing.

Work Hard, Be Kind, Show Respect are the three school “rules” that we strive for. We believe that these three simple goals will help us to create an environment within which each child is valued, supported and encouraged to be the best person they can be.
