Boys and girls in our Preparatory Class can attend up to five days per week.

The Prep class runs at the same time as the rest of the school so classes commence at 8.50 am and conclude at 2.50 pm although students can be dropped off from 8.30 am.

The Prep boys and girls wear the school sports uniform although the main colours on our K-6 polo are reversed in Prep for easy identification in the playground.

Fees are currently capped at $50 per day (2023 fees) which is very comparable to pre-schools and day care centres.  Our Prep children bring their own lunch although they can order from the school canteen on Friday.

The classroom is light and bright and beautifully situated in the peaceful grounds of our delightfully located school.

There is a great balance between free play and structured learning and we have the best staff; Mrs Barclay who is the Prep Teacher and Miss Bronte who is the Prep Aide.

It’s fair to say the parents of our first and current Prep class all love their children attending at Coast.
